The condo is a TRUE 3 Bedoom / 2 Bath ground floor unit with 1 queen bed and 4 single beds.  Each room has its own A/C unit and ceiling fan.  The bathrooms feature Italian tile.  Kitchen features granite counters and modern appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.   There are two TVs – a 32 inch LG LCD TV in the living room and a 22” Sharp LCD in the master bedroom.  Both have DVD players and there are over 100 DVDs in the condo.  There is also satellite TV in the condo.  There is a stereo with an iPod docking station.  The master bedroom closet has a digital safe for valuables.
